When we learned of our relocation to London David found tenants for our Old Town home at market rate on short notice. When their lease was up he got new tenants in there seamlessly so we didn't have to stress from overseas. When we found out we were moving back to Chicago from London and we needed to find a home to rent in a few days, he lined up appointments for us to see 11 places back to back in one day. He even brought snacks for the car since I was 6 months pregnant and he knew it would be a long day. As a first time landlord and someone moving overseas in a very short amount of time, I can't imagine how I could have done it without City Ranch Real Estate. Within days of signing on, City Ranch had photos and video of my place posted (they actually voluntarily did it twice, because they thought a sunnier day would show better!). Their knowledge of the internet and the marketplace had my place highly visible, properly priced, and rented in under two weeks. Their passion and determination gave me peace of mind at an otherwise insanely stressful time. David is awesome. We had a really short timeline and too many places, but based on just a few places we saw, and a couple hours getting to know us on a more personal basis he was able to direct our search and narrow down two unlisted and sort of hidden gems - one in Wicker Park, the other close to the lake.

He was able to provide great insight from many perspectives that helped us out a ton as we are sort of between worlds as parents in our late 20s.

At some point, I'm sure we'll move from our Wicker Park wonder to a place in Lincoln Park or something for our young children, and when we do, we will definitely make sure we go with David.
